Case 2: Diffuse pattern

Cine SA stack: Mildly dilated LV and RV with preserved ejection fraction, most likely due to competitive sports. Hypokinesia anteriorly (midventricular and apical), inferiorly (basal, midventricular, and apical), and lateraly (apical).

LGE SA stack (A), 4CH (B), 2CH (C), 3CH (D): Diffuse late gadolinium enhancement predominantly in the areas of wall motion abnormalities with a typical epicardial distribution. Modified from reference (8)
