Case 5: HCM with SAM and mitral valve regurgitation

Cine 3CH: HCM with LVOT obstruction due to SAM of the mitral valve leaflets leading to a posteriorly directed insufficiency jet. Note that the jet direction can also be central or anterior or can even vary within the cardiac cycle.
