      Cine / LGE SA stack (A), 4CH (B), 2CH (C), 3CH (D): Dilated LV with moderately impaired systolic function. Transmural myocardial infarction with akinesia of the inferoseptal (basal), inferior (basal to midventricular) and inferolateral (basal to midventricular) wall, which corresponds nicely to a dominant RCA (plus PLA/RCA). Also note the dilated atria and the mitral- and aortic insufficiency. |
