Cine 4CH: Mildly dilated RV with moderately impaired systolic function and regional wall motion abnormalities. Normal sized LV with preserved left ventricular function

Cine SA: RV free wall diskinesia.

LGE 4CH: Fibrosis in the RV free wall (yellow arrows) with involvment of the LV lateral wall (red arrow) with a non-ischaemic pattern.

LGE SA: Fibrosis in the RV (yellow arrows) and LV (red arrow) with a non-ischaemic pattern.
