Cine SA stack, 4CH, 2CH, and 3CH: Concentric hypertrophied LV with preserved global systolic function, but significantly impaired longitudinal function. Dilated atria. Mild mitral and aortic regurgitation.

LGE SA stack (A), 4CH (B), 2CH (C), and 3CH (D): Predominantly subendocardial enhancement in myocardium in comparison to diffuse uptake in case 1.

Look Locker post contrast SA: Myocardial nulling is difficult to achieve.
